OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WTVA) — One married couple is spreading hope and awareness after surviving the coronavirus.
Cassandra Palmer said she and her husband tested positive for the coronavirus in early March.
She experienced a cough, fever and chills, whereas her husband slept 18-19 hours a day.
Palmer said she had to conduct her counseling sessions from home.
She said it’s important for people to stay home if they feel sick.
Her children created two music videos about the coronavirus to inspire people during the pandemic.
Carissa Palmer said the videos are parodies of songs from the Kung Fu Panda and Tangled movies.
